As one of Australia’s most experienced Retirement Village developers, Mark also brings a strong financial management background to his role in assuring the long-term financial security of Eleebana Shores.
YOUR OWN VILLAGE MANAGER
At a more practical level our Village Manager is also there to ensure your lawns are mowed, your hedges trimmed,
your rubbish bins emptied, your leaky faucets fixed and any day-to-day issues resolved by Eleebana’s dedicated management
and maintenance team. They’re there to organise some of the more personal things you might need like a hairdresser,
podiatrist, masseuse or personal trainer.
Behind the scenes the Village Manager works tirelessly with your elected Residents’ Committee to ensure your voice – and the voices of every Eleebana Shores resident – are heard and responded to.
